The above rates are “cruise only” (double occupancy) and do not include airfare, governmental fees & taxes, gratuities and processing fees. If requested, the staff of The Smooth Jazz Cruise can assist with airfare. The charge for all other fees described above is $285/person and will be billed with the Balance Due. Trip Insurance is also available through The Smooth Jazz Cruise. Please inquire at the time of booking, for if certain preconditions exist, the purchase of Trip Insurance may be required within 14 days of actual booking.

Refund Policy:

Reservation canceled Before Balance Due - 50% of Deposit Refunded
Failure to Pay Balance Due (September 30, 2008) - Deposit Forfeited
Cancellation on or after September 30, 2008 - 100% of Fare Forfeited

Cancellations, to be effective, must be in writing and shall be effective as of the date received. A non-refundable $150 cancellation processing fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Travel/Trip Insurance, which may cover these cancellation charges, is available, but must be purchased within two weeks of the Deposit for pre-existing conditions or anytime before final payment for other causes.
